[Mauritian Cuisine] Easy Stovetop Pot Roasted Whole Chicken | Rôti Poulet

This is a simple but savory stove top pot roasted whole chicken with stuffed boiled eggs recipe without oven {No oven recipe} also known as Roti Poulet in Mauritius.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (clean, without skin)
5 boiled eggs (peeled)
2 yoghurt
Honey and oil
salt to taste
oyster sauce (optional)
soya sauce
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp tandoori chicken spices
3 tsp roasted chicken spices
